Olivier Souliac, Head of Passive Index Strategy, DWS

Equity ESG indices have outperformed the broad market in recent years. However, many investors wonder whether this performance is due to the herding effect, megacaps, sector biases, avoidance of tail risks or actually driven by the financial strengths of companies with superior ESG performance.

In our presentation we will address which factors have influenced performance of ESG indices in EM Equities and how to balance between stringent ESG criteria, quality and yield in the EM Sovereigns.
